Every woman is born with the capacity to thrive. But unfortunately, many women never fulfill this potential, some struggle for decades to realize it, and others never allow themselves to take priority in their own lives.


We don’t want to be overwhelmed or unfulfilled. We want to thrive and flourish. At the very least, we need to learn how to cope with stress and experience more peace of mind.

Depending on your needs and goals, I use a variety of proven methods to develop your custom program including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, somatic and emotion focused techniques, biofeedback and self-regulation training, positive psychology techniques, neuroscience-informed approaches, energy psychology, evidence-based coaching and more. 


Additionally, as part of this approach, you'll learn a quick way to check-in with yourself  and you'll also learn about simple, daily practices that will fortify you from the inside out. Building these daily practices into your life is the foundation of stress mastery.


I know that you have other responsibilities and commitments.  With this in mind, I work with you to create a motivating and manageable plan that won’t overwhelm you or interfere with what’s important and already right in your life.
